FIT36® workouts take members through 12 functional stations twice, performing the movement at each station for one minute, followed by 30-seconds of rest. Creating a 36-minute workout.

The FIT36® workout is focused on strength, athleticism and stamina. Others are focused on weight loss. We undertake weight loss through calorie burn while making you stronger through intense functional movements.

We have high-energy classes in an atmosphere perfect for getting after it. Motivating music, encouraging trainers and a group of people just like you. The more a workout can be completed in an anaerobic zone, the more the workout can improve endurance and performance.

Heart rate monitors are available to ensure the workout is being completed in the anaerobic zone.
