The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They help to create an environment that feels like a family. I also like the variety of exercises. It makes working out fun!

So far everyone is extremely nice and patient! I have never done a workout like this so I really appreciate everyone's help and understanding. Have only taken two classes (in a row) but already feel energized. Can't wait to see how my body transforms from loose to firm and toned.

The trainers are fantastic, it's short and really gives you a great work out and it keeps you interested as the workouts are continually changing.
