FAQs

Do I need my own heart rate monitor to attend classes?

No, we have heart rate monitors that you can borrow during your workouts.

Do you have showers?

Yes, we do! We have men's and ladies' locker rooms, and each one has a shower in it.

How do i register for classes?

You can register for classes right from our website! From the main page click on "book a class" and it will take you to MindBody to schedule.

How does a FIT36 workout work?

FIT36 is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that runs on a 12 station circuit. You'll spend one minute at each station, then have 30 seconds of recovery to rotate to the next station. You'll go through this circuit two times during the workout, thus making it 36 minutes.

I already have a Heart Rate Monitor - will it work at the studio?

We use a Fitmetrix Brand Heart Rate Monitor System.   It is compatible with some other brands.  Brings yours in and we will see if we can sync it to our system.  Currently, wearables, aren't compatible.

I have an injury - will I still be able to workout?

That depends on your injury. Most injuries can be worked around. Just let staff know the nature of your injury, especially the trainer, so that we can provide you with options so that you can continue working out safely and effectively without aggravating the injury.

Is childcare available to FIT36?

Unfortunately, no, we do not have childcare available at the studio.

Is it necessary for me to register for class, or can I just show up?

Because class size is limited, pre-registration is required in order to reserve your spot in class.

What time do I need to arrive for classes?

Our classes start promptly at the scheduled time. Members need to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the listed class time in order to check in, get their heart rate monitors, and to start warming up.

Because of the format of the FIT36 workout, anyone who arrives after the circuit demonstration will be asked to signup for a different class time.
