Our Trainers

Stacie's athletic background comes from cheering in high school and college, as well as softball. She coached high school cheerleading in 2012-2013. Stacie has a passion for fitness and competition.She has been doing CrossFit since 2012 and I started coaching in June 2014. Prior to that, she was a big runner and also did a fitness competition. She regularly competes in local CrossFit competitions and enjoys hiking and running with her German Shepherd mix, Dawson.
