Rachel Reynolds - TRAINER
Growing up in Southern California, Rachel always wanted to be a part of every sports team. She was the kid on the playground that would be the last one in after the bell rang. After deciding to not accept scholarship offers to row crew at the collegiate level, she joined the club volleyball team at CU and got involved with sports internships/extracurriculars. She interned and worked for companies, such as: the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, ESPN Denver and more. After graduating from CU Boulder, she accepted an offer to work for Team USA. However, nearly 3 months in she realized she could not resist her true passion: health and fitness. She shifted directions and decided to study for and acquire three certifications through NASM (Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist). Fitness was always something she was comfortable with and her friends and family would always ask her to train them before she decided to make a career out of it. For this reason, she wanted to start her own business as well as coach group fitness classes. She absolutely loves the balance of both and is so grateful to be a part of the FIT36 family!
