Denver’s New FIT36® to Sponsor 5th Annual Winter Concert at Red Rocks
The new high intensity interval training concept, FIT36®, is taking its effective high intensity interval training workout to iconic Red Rocks Amphitheater before winter enthusiasts take in the Icelantic Winter on the Rocks Concert on Friday, Jan. 29. FIT36® incorporates wearable technology and functional fitness with certified personal trainers to provide a complete workout in 36 minutes. The FIT36® studio trainers will lead a free, modified lunch-time workout at Red Rocks at 12:15 p.m. on the day of the concert. Additionally, the brand is giving away tickets to the concert along with back stage passes to one lucky person who likes their Facebook post.
“We’re really excited to be among the great winter sports enthusiasts to celebrate the Colorado lifestyle in an iconic venue local venue,” says Scott Wendrych, COO of WellBiz Brands, Inc., who manages the franchisor of the FIT36®brand. “We’re all about making people better at what they do in a fun, quick and challenging way. This is a great opportunity to be the Official Fitness Partner of Icelantic Winter on the Rocks, and bring our high-energy workout to winter sports fans.”
FIT36® now has three studios in the Denver area and will open a fourth in the Highlands community in February. FIT36® is a 36-minute, anaerobic workout where clients progress through 12 different stations, twice, with brief periods of rest in between circuits. Each circuit involves 60 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest. The workout regularly burns 500-plus calories in 36 minutes while also building strength.
FIT36® will also have a booth set up in the Partner Village for the Icelantic Winter on the Rocks, along with a fitness challenge in the Upper South Lot of Red Rocks. The concert is the only winter concert the iconic outdoor venue hosts each year. More information on the event can be accessed here.
