hiit-legit-way-workout-fit36-blogYou’ve probably heard a million different theories about the best way to workout. That especially goes for HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). It seems as if a new HIIT gym pops up daily. Prior to joining any gym, be diligent and do your research to make sure that your HIIT trainers have the correct training and that you’re getting the right exercises. In other words, make sure your HIIT workout is legit.

You Won’t Get Lost at FIT36™

When you join a FIT36™ class, you might be surprised by the size of the group. It’s small, which means that our trainers have their attention on you, to make sure that you’re performing each exercise safely. Ultimately, this means you’ll get more from your HIIT workout. It’s easy to get lost in a bigger environment.

Real Results

Its one thing to feel like you had a tough workout. But, what if you could see how hard you’re working during your workout and then get the results? The FIT36™ state-of-the-art monitoring system uses Polar heart rate monitoring technology, allowing you to see your progress while you’re working out. You’ll even get emails for you to watch and see that you really are giving it your all and getting results. Seeing instant results will give you confidence and motivation to work harder.

A Community that Motivates

With a group workout filled with athlete minded individuals like yourself, you’ll start to build a sense of community. You’ll get to know each other and push each other to work harder. You could even make new friends and help each other make and meet new goals.

If you’re looking to amp up your workout in a legit HIIT studio, check out FIT36™. It is an intense workout that allows you to get results in a short amount of time. Want to learn more? Visit www.fit36fitness.com.

I'm a personal trainer with a degree in kinesiology and exercise science, certified strength and conditioning specialist and certified personal trainer. I think there's a lot of benefit to HIIT and I incorporate it as much as I can across populations that can safely do if. Please count me among your number of practitioners that can do this type of training and let me know how I can join your network.
Best Regards!
